Hello, I was looking to install Qubes on my MacBook Pro and experienced
several issues along the way. The one issue I can not fix on my own is none
of the VM’s starting.

libxenlight
failed to create new domain

Hi All,
New to Qubes so hopefully I just missed some thing obvious. When
resuming from suspend on Lenovo X1 Carbon (gen3) with fresh Qubes 4.0
install I'm loosing access to the physical disk on resume.
This looked very similar to
https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/3049 and is first
there was so much purism bashing in this thread. :-D

If you keep wear-leveling in mind, and encrypt the ssd before you fill
it with sensitive data, id suggest an ssd. Ideally, you should encrypt
/boot also.
cheers

Thanks Marek, using the start-pulseaudio-with-vchan script does the trick and
fixes the problem.
I had already looked through journalctl and couldn't see anything obvious, I'll
look at the .xsession-errors as you suggested perhaps that will explain things.

Hi,
I have looked at similar audio issue posts and whilst some are similar none
seem to provide any answers to my problem.
I have an appvm based on a Fedora-23 template, I also have other appvms e.g.
the "personal" and "untrusted" vms based off the same template.
The "personal" vm I can boot
