I do like your idea, but I dont think it exists.
I run the custom clock application (plugin) which does show the
first/next alarm for tomorrow (next 24hrs).

Im not really interested in the battery pack at all, however I do feel

FWIW, my radios and boombox work great. Batteries shipped yesterday for
me. Yay! Also, just installed Squeeze Commander on my droid and I'm

Hi all!
Is there a possibility to have a larger clock on the Radio display when
the alarm is on in the morning?
Would be very nice because I'm quite nearsighted and normally don't
wear my glasses or contact lenses in bed at night ;)

Hi all!
Just one question:
My SB Radio did not update it's firmware since the last two Nightly
Builds of SbS. Today I updated to SbS 7.5.1-30787 and the Radio is
still at FW 7.5.1-r8766. If I try to update manually from the Radio GUI
it says that there is no newer version.
Is this correct?

Thanks for the pointer. Makes sense now, after reading the other
thread. So, if you do have different SBS and Radio firmware versions,
and one of them is 7.5 you will likely have this issue. I'll downgrade
SBS (and hope it doesn't upgrade itself again, unsolicited - after

Are you sure you´re connected to your local server 7.4.2. If you´re
connected to mysqueezebox.com it won´t work.

Hello,
the no-clock problem is a 'feature' of the Radio: whenever the internal
clock gets reset, the screensavers refuse to show.

This sure is easier said than done. Logitech has NEVER been any good

I don't get any album cover art on any internet radio station. Just the

radioio stations. Is this normal? I do get album covers on pandora,

I am running 7.4.2 re-installed from 7.5.0.

Hello,
Yeah it surely overlaps, I'll try pausing the backup from 6.30 to 8.00

I'm quite happy it worked this morning, I'll check the log tonight to
see the difference between today and yesterday. But this reminds me the
good times of 7.4.2

Hello,
SBS might sleep overnight I don't know but my server doesn't, this
morning the alarm went well, all I did was powering off the radio and
on again and set the alarm at 7:02:00 instead of 7:00:00 ! I was awake
this morning via my playlist sound, which was ok.
I can confirm my server is up 24
