I'm surprised that some of you do not know how the zune system works.
The issue I am concerned about is not purchasing individual songs for
$0.99 or whatever. It is the music SUBSCRIPTION service that I need. I
pay $14.99 per month and can download or stream (I prefer to download
the tracks), and

Hi Erland,
I've installed the Custom alarm window patch - seemingly successfully
(it shows as checked in the patch installer). However, I don't get a

No, we know precisely how Zune works, which is why we (and many others
based on Zune's low market share) avoid it. ;)
I use Napster at $5 per month which has a much larger library than Zune
Just FYI for anyone who uses a Radio with SB Server: I downgraded to
7.4.2, re-enabled sync with mysqueezebox.com and everything works
great.
It's shocking how great the Radio is and how terrible the alarm
functionality is.
It makes me think there's a fundamental design flaw here in what
Did you rescan after you added the list ? sbs has a playlist scan option

Obviously not. But

If not, someone should probably register bug reports with as much
informaiton as possible if we want the problems to be fixed.
We have http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16170 that's

Has anyone tried using a Squeezebox Radio as a bathroom radio. I am
thinking of putting it on the shelf (an extension of the vanity) on the
other side of my 6x7-foot bathroom from the bathtub. I am wondering if
the humidity when I take a shower is going to be too much for it. I

I'm sure I've read of others using it in the bathroom just fine before.
The designers would never give an official recommendation because it
wasn't designed -specifically- for that use and only basic
environmental testing was carried out (if any). However, I think some
unofficial comments have

Thanks for sharing your experience/viewpoint.
I don't own a radio. I have had thoughts of buying one/two but these
ongoing problems have scared me off. My classic and boom are rock
solid...rarely a problem. The boom is our clock and alarm and it has
never missed. Consumers should be able to
