I have an alarm set for 6:05 am, every weekday. The alarm is a simple
playlist on my LMS machine. At 6:05 it goes off and I snooze it via a
knob push. 9 minutes later, it comes back on, I snooze it via a knob
push. That's it, the alarm shuts itself off sometime in the second
snooze.

Ok, so I reset the Radio using the menu option and reconfigured the
network settings including encryption key, etc. The unit continued to
have problems. I then reset it by unplugging it, turning it off and
then powering it on why holding down the + button. Not sure if that
reset technique does
I've also noticed in the last couple of weeks my SB Radio has been a
pain. I walked in the room the other day and it disconnected then
reconnected to the network (wired) while my other devices were ok. I
usually get the alarm twice in the morning lately, the first is some

I also recommend contacting Logitech support because -- in addition to
reasons cited by bpa -- sometimes users here have reported that
Logitech has been just plain generous/accommodating in replacing
products that are recently out of warranty. It can't hurt to try.

You should still contact support, They may be able to help for example
there may have been a product recall. IIRC with some early Duet
controller there was a known problem with the antenna placement which
affected some but not all.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately my card only gives me 90 days

Yes - just found it on their site. My 2 years was up in October 2011.
Not far off but I doubt they'd be willing to honor the warranty.
