The Blue wifi icon is documented in the SB Radio manual as loss of
connection to LMS as opposed to red which is loss of wifi...
But that indication was lost in the later official releases of SB Radio

I have an LMS 8.2 installation on a RPi4, serving two Squeezebox Radios,
both running the last Logitech firmware 7.7.3-r16676 without the version
patch fix.
Radios connect fine and behave perfectly, I just ignore any outdated or
incompatible version messages.

I've seen this modification to the battery connection on every UE Smart

So could be you've got a (new) power issue, does the Radio have a
battery? if so then I would think it is unlikely
Obvious thing that springs to mind to check is that you haven't got an
alarm set for that player, if not that then it could be the player is
either crashing or temporarily losing power...
For each player in LMS there is a setting in the Audio section "Power On

Does it start playing immediately after PC/LMS starts? or a minute or so
later, if it's a bit later it could be a Radio crash.
Radios can randomly crash and reboot, as JJZolx previously mentioned, if

power on" then they will re

They seem to seem well on eBay, £50-£80 depending on colour, condition,

Over the last few years I've picked up several spares normally in the

prices (£20-£25)
Lack of PSU will affect price but
I've changed a couple that have suffered from white screen, pretty easy
