I had what looks like the same issue as you. My Touch never disconnected, but my Radios did (after years of no issues) Turns out it was WiFi interference from my neighbors that the old WiFi chip in the Radio couldnt handle and would disconnect. An Ethernet <> WiFi adaptor solved my problem.

Set up a VAP11G-300 yesterday, and connection maintained on SB Radio via ethernet for over 12 hrs, so I'll call this a success. I'll get more VAP11G-300 for my other Radios, and hopefully there's not an issue with multiple VAP11G-300 (Wish I could get the SB Radio wireless working though)

This is strange. On one of my SB Radio's, mysqueezebox.com has an incorrect email. Tried a Factory Reset on the SB Radio, and verified that MySqueezebox.com has my correct email address. Everything is woking ok, no problem getting Pandora playing, but is there is a way to get this corrected?
