wont use it much, as I have the controller from the Duet. But the
battery works great.

Well..it appears that even though Logitech processing takes a long time
(well over a month), shipping is fast (less than 24 hours). Itsa
charging now (even though according to the faq I put the physical
battery in backwards :)) yay!

Ok! Tracking info says my batteries will be arriving tomorrow! Soget
the shower running and do some voice exercises because tomorrow I will
be SINGING IN THE SHOWER! It's going to be a very long shower! Hope
the neighbors appreciate the voice and hope the hot water holds out!

I didn't pre-order but did order on 2-25-10. Got an email today the
battery is on its way! Of course the radio had to be rebooted after
spending the night stuck at 99% download of the 7.5 software. But I

My pack came over from Luxembourg last week (UPS package)
Work very fine, you can move the radio without losing connection/power
everywhere (within the WIFI range to keep sound)
The remote is small and simple, but handy in the bedroom when using the

I have however started to read threads about the 'One Shot Remotes' and
am worried that if
Luxembourg seems to be choc a bloc with batteries and
remotesi've had mine for a week now (via UPS); and it's great
being able to "roam" free with the wee radio.

I can confirm the volume control bug with the remote.
I can also confirm that the remote are identical to the one delivered
with boom same numbers on the stickers.
So the info we got that the Radio remote is different is apearently
pure BS.

Well, I ordered Radio accessory pack from Logitech about a day after it
became available... the online store showed "in stock". Needless to
say, I'm still waiting (call to sales support indicated more stock in
late April or May). Well - today I received email from Logitech.com
which stated:

I checked the US site a couple days ago (the same day that a phone call
to support told me "not until late April"), and the US site still showed
"in stock". I did just check, and at least they've corrected that - the
US site currently shows "out of stock".

I think Radio's release was brought forward and so initial battery
production in a separate factory may have been scheduled for the later
date.
During beta testing there was a shortage of batteries as it seems the
factory was busy producing batteries for other vendors in time for
Christmas. There

I called customer service today to inquire as to the status of my
pre-order. The customer service representative actually admitted to me
that some how the order process was "screwed up", and indeed, orders
where not filled on a first come first serve basis.

everyone, but limited by the fact that they are only produced every
fourth year of the five year cycle per Clause

I wonder if people trying to buy Logitech mice, keyboards, PC speaker
systems, etc. encounter the same problems - broken web pages,
unavailable products, etc. I would venture to say no.
It's frustrating when you are standing there with cash in hand for
