I was on the search for one of these last year. This is the in-between step from 1 inch quill to 1 1/8 ahead. I think they were made for about two weeks in 1996. The best option I found was at Nashbar. The quill isnt that long but the angle is almost vertical. http://www.nashbar.com/bikes//Product
