So RBW made the bike with a cable stop brazed on backwards on the TT? It
looks like the braze on was put on backwards. I am surprised they could not
come up with a braze on that acts like a cable hanger. That is really weird.

I rode one for a couple hours on a borrowed Clem at RBW and kinda liked it,
then bought a used C17 which isn't working out so well. I wouldn't pick either
over a leather Brooks, but I think the C19 is the Cambrium that comes closer to
a B17 feel.

any yoke though I'd recommend a wide one so it easily goes around the seat

guess if you are happy with a B17, then don't change. When the tensioning
bolt is maxed out get a new one.
The C17/-19 appeal seemed to be:
* It should last a very long time as it should not stretch.

I use the QL3 system on one side of the Tubus rack on my Hillborne. It's a
little more fussy to line up the pegs for mounting the pannier than the
hooks on the QL2 or QL1 systems. Since the hooks are inset into the side
of the bag, I doubt you could adapt a QL3 system to another bag. I use

it. I use it on my Brompton with great success.
I also have the C17 on my Rivendell Custom and a C15 on my 29'er MTB.
