Done it on a Cheviot and Clem, it's a relatively simple install if you're good
with bike mechanics and follow the directions at Luna closely. I'm not sure
what the impact driver is for, the only dedicated tool you need is the wrench
for tightening the big nut and its locknut on the non-drive

Personally, I can friction shift 9 speed great, but attempting to friction 10s
was much too finicky. Lots of ghost shifting in either the high or low gears
(I can’t remember which). Seems like some people won’t friction beyond 8 and

This project is back. I’ve got a mid-drive Bafang BBSHD (1500w capable)

I like Moustache bars. I swapped between those and drops regularly on my All Rounder when I rode it more. Right now it has Moustache bars on it. Adding the stoker levers made it a better option for me since that added an additional, more upright, position. Here are my bars as they are currently

I am going to soon rebuilding the drivetrain of my Hunq. It currently has
the standard Riv triple Sugino setup as a 3x9 with an 11-34 rear and a

Never used TireAlert. Interesting they offer tube replacement, but no
patching. Lots more sewing to replace a tube.
I don't understand how using basetape instead of glue is cheating. IMHO,
the only criteria is whether the adhesive on the basetape or glue holds the

My riding has dropped to almost zero for April; i think i managed to commute to
work at the start of the month once, but my shifts are 12hrs long And i’ve
worked almost every calendar day since mid-march so didn’t want to risk further
compromising my immune system. My next day off is May 7th
