I was just looking at the Gus geometry charts and noticed all of the bikes

bikes I might be interested in purchasing, the Atlantis and the Appaloosa,

Am I reading that correctly, that a 57cm Gus has a 67.5 cm effective top
tube length? I thought the ETT has looked awful short in the photos I've
seen but maybe that's an illusion due to most having pullback bars.

I only have experience with one hand grinder (Hario Skerton) and the time

Unfortunately, that specific model doesn't grind well for French press so
it's relegated to back-up status for the rare power outage.

For the kind of mountain biking a Hunqapillar can handle, the Jones Bar is
hard to beat. The angle is perfect and the 710 mm version has a ton of
hand positions you can use, depending on riding conditions. Also, the
Jones bar is the most confidence inspiring bar I've ridden. My Hunqapillar

The long Jones grips really make an already awesome bar even better. I
haven't used the black grips but the clear ones can get pretty slick when
they are wet. Something to keep in mind if this is an all-weather bike.

Roasting your own beans in a popcorn popper is very easy, although
depending on the popper, you may have to improvise to keep beans from
shooting out the top. It is a very fine line between "roasted" and
"charred" in a popper so you have to be very diligent.
