I was just looking at the Gus geometry charts and noticed all of the bikes are updated with 2019 charts. The biggest changes I noticed were in the bikes I might be interested in purchasing, the Atlantis and the Appaloosa, and the sizes have changed on both. I would have ridden a 56 Atlantis

I have a skerton and the glass jar is very thick glass and it is overall, pretty heavy duty. I rarely use my Aeropress so I don't know what size grind you will be shooting for, but the Skerton does a good job for finer grinds. It's not so good for courser grinds, like French Press. On
