For the rack, how about $120 shipped? Used for 1,500 miles or so, very clean, all parts included. For the bags...$225 for the pair (shipping included), or $118 apiece. Very good shape, used on a limited basis over the last six months for grocery runs, etc. I can take and send pics upon request.
