Good shape, I seem to have settled on sweat pants as my "too cold for
shorts" gear so these are headed out the door. PM for pics and I'll try to
get some that don't show the grey as faded but it never works, it's a dark
grey and my phone insists on trying to bright
Ack! Forgot the Rosco link.

Yes, I was trying to guess at what kind of custom Curt Goodrich had built.
You're probably right that it's a sport tourer; I've always liked his 'own
brand' work and would love to score one someday.

What's your guess on the Goodrich, Bill? Cyclocrosser?

This is still available for any of the new Gus owners out there or anyone
who might want it! $60 free shipping in CONUS.

That's a fine bicycle, Jared! I did a 3x1 a few years ago and loved it, it
taught me that I often downshift a rear cassette unnecessarily. 3 gears is
enough!

Yeah those derailers are a bear to install, or at least the one I messed
with was. I don't intend to do it again!

The way I read it - a completely wild guess - is the supply has been
terrible for years and most of it has gotten too pricey to try to sell. Riv
has been slowly replacing everything welded with cheaper/more plentiful
options, I imagine they're going to keep the forged stems and that's about
it.
That's a nice bike, Alice! Btw your Craigslist ad is gone, you may need to
go to the email they send and renew it so you can keep generating local
offers. I'd love to be one of those locals - the color is awesome! - but
out of my budget right now. Somebody buy this Sam!

Nice work, Jake!
My vague recollection is Nexave used a 7-speed shifter/freewheel, I'd be
surprised if the pull-ratio is different for your 9-speed bar-end. My
self-taught and definitely wrong way to set the indexing is get the pulleys
(in index) directly under a middle cog and start shifting.
