Justin, Marathon Supremes would be my personal rec. after trying them on my SimpleOne. The 42-622/700x40C model left room for fenders when mounted on Open Pros - though I never did install fenders with them. They're 495g each, but designed to be as little tank-y as a Schwalbe tire that will last f

Challenge Eroica is a 30mm tire. I have a set waiting to be installed when my Jack Browns wear down. Grand Bois Cypres is a 32mm tire. Very supple and fast. Amazingly so. But too delicate for my needs. I had problems with them.. Challenge Grifo XS is 32mm. Slight knob/pattern. No experience, but
