Congrats! Once you get over the initial 'what the hell did am I doing phase' (lasts 1-2 months) you'll want to negotiate with your spouse on weekend time to get some bike riding in, at least till they turn 4 or 5 and they start filling your calendar with activities, b-day parties, etc. My wife

I means that your life is going to change in many ways, but for the better. As for biking, start looking for a trailer. I suggest a larger (100 pound capacity) Burley trailer. The baby won't ride in it right away, but you can the seat out and use it for cargo. You will be making many emergency
