One thing I learned about injection molding is that you can't mold a part with
a long hole through it. Even a 1" long hole would need a substantial cone shape
to it to provide enough draft to release the part form the mold. It makes sense

computer and it's not nearly that fast to boot up.
My tank already boots from a solid state drive. It uses a CF card formatted
like a hard disk and installed with special drivers that use RAM instead of OS
page files.
AC004 was clad in hardboard and worked fine. I tested with point-blank
paintball shots against panels of hardboard and there was no damage. The
hardboard does need to be thoroughly water-proofed. I coated it in TiteBond II
wood glue.

RocketMan (AC004) used one of those motors with a 6:1 gear ratio. The vehicle
used 7" wheels was probably too fast at that ratio. 8:1 or 9:1 would have been
better. 6:1 was the lowest gear ratio I could build with a single stage #25
sprocket transmission.

interested. For those who are unfamiliar with them, Globe gearmotors are used
by several of us for our turrets. They are very beefy and smooth.
This is just a terminal threaded to fit an metric M6 screw. There is no "M6
insert terminal". A local hardware store should be able to supply you with

the marker, trigger mechanism or electronics, elevate, CO2, and paintball feed
in that confined space takes a lot of planning and prototyping. Some people
