yep i tried this but it says packages not found - krb5-libs 1.2.7-10 and openssl 0.9.7a-2 the thing is i have the NEWER versions of these that already come with RH9, which seems weird that it wants the older ones to install its own RH9 c-compiler is there a way round this? andy - Original
