Fist of all I would have not wasted my money a such a poorly engineered controller, ARCOM RC-210). Second of all if it is a new controller assembled and tested at the factory then I would be contacting Ken Ark with ACOM and getting your money back (GOOD LUCK!) or having him help you

Stay away from the Ringo's for Repeater use! This was a poor choice of antenna! I would highly recomend looking at the Dimmond products. I have had very good luck using them on repeaters. Besides you get more peformance form them than a Hustler g144-6. 73's and good luck! Eric (N7JYS) --- ki5fw
