Anyone know what font was used in the old version, and what (if anything) I
could do to carry it forward?
I’ve looked around in qtconfig, and the [Fonts] section of rd.conf, on both the
old and new - but can’t seem to determine which was “that” font.

- If no RPMs are available, what's the Right Way of proceeding, so as not to

M for each remote user, each with access to the common database and
/var/snd directory. To actually be useful, each of those VMs also needs to
offer screen sharing - easily accomplished - and a way to send Rivendell’s
audio output to the user simultaneously, compressed and likel
sound.conf with “type pulse” clearly didn't do
anything useful, and I really don’t want to overcomplicate things by trying to
involve JACK (seems JACK can talk to both Rivendell and pulse, but that seems
like an ugly solution). So, before I go reinventing the wheel…?

I’m picturing something involving Adobe Audition, which supports setting Cart
Chunk markers.
Anybody done this before? If so, can you confirm which Cart Chunk marker labels
match up with which Rivendell marker types (if any)?

cuts themselves (ish), or perhaps insert placeholders into the log and
write an external script to do the job (ack). But I’d like to find a cleaner
way of doing this… something that will remain manageable as both the songs and
the intro carts/cuts change.

up to make it even mildly useful.
The VU meter in RDAirplay looks fine, with the peaks occurring right below 0…
but at the console, even with the pot wide open, the peaks are around -30.
Is there some trick with this card/software setup that I’m missing?

As for time checks, I have pre-recorded carts for every quarter-hour (1:00,
1:15, 1:30, 1:45, etc) which can be included in the log at the appropriate
times. Using legal IDs with integrated time checks has al
level it's the simplest. Who, if anyone, is doing
this? What tricks have you used to reduce the labor involved?)
Any hints would be appreciated… don't want to reinvent the wheel if I can help
it.

troubleshooting it?
Trying to resist the temptation to go back to 1.x, the tried and true...

rd.conf, or any other user for that matter, I still get the dreaded "Unable to
set Rivendell group" error.
This seems like something simple, and possibly permissions related, but I'm
still not catching it. Any ideas?
