Hi, If you have multiple perl binaries then make sure you set PERL env when you run RT's configure script. Run perl -V to see list of dirs (@INC) where perl search for modules. If CPAN command claims that it's installed then either dir it's installed into is not readable or it's installed for one

I have the same issue, it seems like when you go to the advanced page and back the Saved Search Name is not populated anymore. This seems like a bug to me. I usually have to save the Search as a different name, delete the original, and then change the name of the new one to match the old. :(
