Im still trying to authenticate some of the samba shares to a win2003
sbs server. I succesfully added the samba pc to the domain.
Shares with no VALID USER key are accessible from all pc's.
Now ive made a share which should ask for a username and password.

We're running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on top of Win2k/NT4 in a samba 3.0.14a+LDAP
domain. We had problems with a previous version of samba when installing
Exchange's SP4 , but it has been fixed.
Right now, we're running 7 Exchange servers over a wan, and everything is
smooth as ice.

If you use LDAP, it's certainly possible.
It's best to manage your users in LDAP with LAM - http://lam.sf.net
