Not easily- I believe you have to configure both samba and each client
to use plain-text passwords, which is really insecure.
You may be better off assigning them a temp starter password that they
then have to change on 1st windows login.

My problem is that we have a third ldap in my company and I changed the source
of smbldap from idealx to sync that ldap.

So I took the src.rpm and uncommeneted the lines
pertaining to pam_smbpass.
