Open up the case, consult your motherboard manual and find the BIOS reset
jumper, this will clear the password for you.
Also, Normally the motherboard themsleves point towards this jumper, and
actually label it (which, while defeating the object of the password in the
first place) can
it
seems this product did really poor, as I have been able to find any info
on it.

If this is a power-on password, usually there is a jumper that resets this on the
motherboard. Last ditch, I have just removed the CMOS battery fr 30 minutes to 1
hour. This deletes all info (hard drive size, etc.) but the password goes along with
it.
There may also be a vendor provided way
, is to call Compaq
and ask them for the backdoor password if one even exists for that machine.
