I think there is a spelling error, "Scandium" should it be "Scamdium" or "Scamum"?

A wannabe customer, actually more a lurker, showed

Hey TFlan,
Had the same thing about a month ago. Guy
asked me to reshaft his Srixon with TX-90 "R". I asked how he knew
they would work for him. He said "because I hit the heck out of them
now". OK...well.. you shouldn't... "oh yeah, I hit 'em great and that's
what I want". OK...resha

Actually I started taking notes several years

TFlan,
Great story! You should write a clubmakers book of stories. I'd buy
it.

You are close. If I swung easy I might have hit it long and straight.

I understand your desire to try it and I am interested in remarks after trying the Heavy Putter. As you know I come from the fitting and clubmaking side and input from others in the trade always interests me as I feel there is always something to learn.

Brian,
NBP is softest side of shaft. With a spinefinder, there is usually an N1 and
N2 about opposite each other on a sheet wrapped graphite shaft, N1 being the
softest and N2 being the stiffer of the two Ns. Same for the spines, with S1
being the stiffer of the 2 Ss. The N-planes and S-planes are

You're probably right, John. That Ping 48" gorilla driver was so heavy that

John,
I agree with your assessment that OEM "custom fitting" and reduced OEM

that I thought this rash of super high priced shafts, many of which are

Charlie,
I want
to try one before I buy one, which is why I was interested in the retail and/or
green grass availability. I could "mock" one up at home like some others
have done, but I would prefer to just try the real thing and see if it improves
my putting.

Bernie,
I can follow what you are saying, but get lost when you add COG to the
various planes (NBP, S1)
What means this?

The short answer is yes, we spoke with many people at the show who wanted distribution to many parts of the world and we setting distribution now. When all is in place I will let you know.
