Mac OSX has a great e-mail program called (funny enough) Mail. It has a
great spam filter built-in and is easy to use. You will find it in the
"Applications" folder. Double click to start-up and enter the appropriate

I don't what operating system you use but Macintosh has a control panel
that enlarges things automatically for those with poor eyesight. I'm
