Darren, Thanks for this. The hardest link for Aussie entrepreneurs at the moment is that we can't get a USD international merchant facility in the US unless we have an SSN (even if we have a US bank account, a US entity (like an LLC), a US TIN with the IRS and even a US postal/office address).

@Shane -well articulated, your thought process is the same as mine. I think my issue lies within lack there off substantially targeted relevant resources. Too many out there, for young entrepreneurs to get there head around, not enough experience for them to find or be pointed to the direction
