I'd be interested in seeing employers/recruiters pay to list - but for that payment to be reimbursed if feedback on the listing implies that it is the kind I'd job we want posted (accuracy being the biggest factor imho). Yeah, I've been thinking about that as well. We'll just see how it gets used -- if people abuse it, then we'll put controls around it. Requiring a fee is one way we can deter (or benefit) from recruiters who would take advantage of. But then again, I'm not sure if that's going to be a real problem
