High potency colloidal silver

Does anyone know how to make high potency colloidal silver and the equipment I'll need to do it? I've had Lyme Disease for about 6 years and have made low parts per million colloidal silver. But unless maybe I drink about 3 glasses a day it doesn't seem to be helping enough.
