Use good distilled water and pure silver, limit your current, stir and keep the water from being too hot and as long as you don't exceed 10 to 20 ppm it should be stable. But if you are using shortly after making it, why does it matter if it is stable anyway? Stability is what manufacturer need

At about 8 to 12 ppm normally the number of particles tends to peak, and the particles get bigger, instead of more numerous. Thus the effectiveness tends to plateau as well in that range. 5 ppm is plenty strong for almost anything. Higher ppms can work better topically though. Generally 2
