I remember reading that peroxide dissolves the coating that plague bacteria secrete to protect themselves. Using CS after a peroxide rinse thus allows for the CS to be more effective at killing the bacteria. Adding a few drops of peroxide to the CS for that final rinse should keep it from disco

I second the motion of trying hydrogen peroxide. If you ever want to remove a silver film from the inside of a storage bottle or generator jar, simple 3% peroxide from the pharmacy or grocery store will work almost instantly. I don't see why a 50/50 mix of peroxide and water, swished around as
