I recommend taking cayenne pepper.   For an immediate help, take about 1/4 tsp in a glass of warm water and drink it down.  Myself, I take it in capsule form.   It helps with a great deal of stuff.  You can also take a capsaicin cream such as Capsaicin HP and dab just a little bit on your
