When my hands were very chapped and I put some on this winter, they
stung and turned very red. Didn't seem to have that problem anywhere
else. It is a 'salt' after all...

If it stings it means that your body really needs magnesium.

Hi Ian. If the information has been changed by the good doctor, why read the
book? Just curious.
Paula,
I make my own oil. It is called Nigari, I get the kind from Japan and not from
China.
The formula is 1 cup of Nigari to 4 cups of water heat up a little and there
you have it.
I pay 1.32 lb and get it from my local co op. No freight involved.

Thanks for the recipe, Mary. It's much cheaper making your own.
Best,

Question for ya! Are you familiar with the soda being
given via IV's? That sounds fantastic and I have been
toying with the idea of trying to inject some into my
little fatty tumor and would like to know if I can
dilute down myself and do it?
Thank you,
Leslie

Nigari is either calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, or a mixture of the two.
It's used for making tofu (soy is estrogenic and dangerous, so I don't eat it
except for small amounts of properly fermented miso or soy sauce).
I get my
in my body possible and
recommended the oil but was too expensive for me.
Thanks,
Leslie

it cheeper. It is not the price it is the freight that hurts. I paid 1.32 lb
