Are there any special phone settings for a remote polycom handset to register

Hi friends,

I'm using audiocodes g/w's to the pstn - no pri's - this won't help. Any
other suggestions?

Well this did not work
I was wondering if there was a different approach to getting this to work. It
works if I put the user with a cisco phone just not when I have her with the
polycom phone.

I have a 4524 with MOH working. The SN has no MOH setting. If the phones have
MOH configured directly they will play the MOH through the SN, parked calls
will play MOH as well.
If you are using sipXbridge and the phones don't have the MOH configured, the
MOH will not play through the SN.

I can't find a MOH server setting anywhere in the SmartNode web

You don't need to use two hunt groups to do this. You can do it with
just one:
First... Ring receptionist, timeout: 6 seconds
If no reply... Ring receptionist
At the same time... Ring other person 1

If you want to make sipXconfig HA, you need
Of course the other way of looking at it is that SipXecs should be
operational without the Primary server, but not configurable. In other
words, maybe you should concentrate on making features like voicemail,
ACD queues, autoattendants, etc work on the secondary server alone, and

Its tricky for sure. SipXconfig on the secondary server could become
active after a timeout of no contact with the primary server. You then
use an rsync based process when they find each other again.
Keith.

Last night, I was able to upgrade to 4.0.1.
I've found 1 problem so far:
I'm using Polycom phones. The MWI doesn't work. The default MWI
subscribe (msg.mwi.1.subscribe="116") is set to the extension. If
I change this to the full SIP Url, the MWI works fine.
So, I guess two questions:
