calls are coming in via a Gateway.. Audiocodes M1K... how about call routing based on caller ID? As I mentioned, Todd's method worked but created an issue with inbound... Can there be a dial plan setup based on the Caller ID, so if the CallerID is xx then send the call to the users otherwis

We can see in the Snom xml files that the fields for forwarding are read-only when generated and profiles updated. When we set a forwarding on the phone, the phones answers busy and sends the call to VM. If we manually change the xml file to "RW" in these files, forwarding works.
