Turning on/off the debug level for Voicemail and Autoattend
200 OK must be ACKed by the caller so thats a definite bug on the caller
ua. it should ACK the 200 Ok then send an immediate BYE. As to the
reinvite from sipxbridge, most definitely a bug as well. can you open a
tracker?

are the issues mutually exclusive?
I don't know if I have missed any emails from him. I would suspect an email
filter though.
can you find the missing email in a search?

Ive always been adamant that alphanumeric usernames should be aliases to cut
down on potential errors.
