You should NOT be using polycom firmware above version 3.2.7 (at all).
You SHOULD disable g.729 in the ingate as a matter of troubleshooting.

I have never EVER used the startup tool configuration with ingate. Its very
generic and probably just needs a tweak.

I'm getting the same thing here clean install and update of redundant
server... there is no /var/sipxdata/cfdata/servers file at all my
directory looks like this now.

I noticed there was new software out there so I updated and then ran
reset all again.
One thing I did notice is that when you run it; it complains about
/var/sipxdata/cfdata/servers and unable to access it.
Looking at the permissions I reset the owner of the directory to sipx
like the parent afte
Just in case anyone else runs into this (my issue is already resolved however):
I just happened to have system that when running --reset or --reset-all didnt
seem to want to bring up the sipxsupervisor. I decuded to 'yum groupremove
sipxecs', but noticed a few leftover items after the process.

features in sipxecs that are critical for you in sipXecs. The scope
of features in sipXecs is enormous and eZuce engineering is crowd
sourcing an effort to ensure 4.6 is a rock solid release. The 4.6
release has been delayed mostly
