Well we had pretty good prices on Digium but still the A500 models
with EC chip are a bit more expensive for the same port density.
I'm however still open to discussion about this of-list :)

Remember that the EC chip does cancellation only for the echo that You
cause not the far end echo.
So if all You have are digital (ISDN) phones, no PBX + lengthly cables
