Hi Gang,
In Matt's defense, I did not really make myself clear as to
Yes, I was flying a Graupner Bussard and one of the two nylon hold down
bolts broke. Plane spiraled in. Broke one blade and minor dent in one
wing. The other bolt held (even with the extra stress) so I think the one
that broke was flawed. They were surprisingly small to begin with (metric
To all that have requested the foamie airfoils.
I'm not releasing the coordinates for 12 months in deference
to Pat Bowman, as I designed the airfoil specifically for his toy.
Sorry about that. Ask me next October if you are still interested.

I'm glad to hear that you never(?) have had a problem with extraneous
noise due to long servo leads.
For the rest of you who are unsure, I would suggest in an effort to
avoid the potential problem of EMI/RFI in your models, it would be wise
to take preventative measures to elliminate as many
1- Like new V Ultra Plus w/ 141's in the wings and mpx's in the
fuselage. $700 w/ servos,$500 without.

Okay, I have had a bunch of guys send me info so I thought I would just post
this once to the group.

I have 4 brand new Airtronics '141's for sale or trade.
2 of them have never even had the seal on the box opened. Two others were
installed in a Boomerang (purpose built for DS'ing), that the owner backed
out on. I have one or two test flights (non-DS) on this second pair of

Hi Sport
I have seen many a wing tips break off on launch using the stock wing tip
jointer. Most everyone in our club builds with fiberglass rods for wing
jointers. You can pick them up at a toy store. You know those flags that
stick up off a bike 4 ft. They fit in a brass tube 1/4 inside Dia. and are
