Joe,
Thanks for the information on the Encore flaps. It has seemed to me that one of
the advantages of the aileron style DLG is that it has much less dihedral and
therefore the centrifugal forces are better handled by the wing versus a
comparable polyhedral DLG. How much extra dihedral did you

It's not the cheapest, but it's VERY strong and a great flyer. The
kevlar d-box wings will last much longer than bagged wings. Also
replacement parts are readily available in L.A. area from Jerry.

The local LE shape is significant as long as the local sweep
is not excessive, so the velocity component normal to the
leading edge is still significant. The square

Hello all, I'm looking for a good Internet source for batteries and related
hardware, such as shrink wrap, wires, connectors etc. Is there a "one stop
shopping" site for this type of product? I'm also looking for a hammerhead
soldering tip for soldering batteries end to end. Thanks!

Hey Stlus Boy, thanks for the info on the V-tails! My next
question is: How do I get rudder differential on a V-tail/5
ch.rx when I have the rudder slaved to the aileron stick with
the Glider Card installed? I am sure this fix would be helpful
to many people out here in Hand Chuck Land ;^b

I'll be selling my Spectre 120 by DJ Aerotech at the Southwest contest in
Phoenix. It is in excellent condition with less than a couple dozen flights,
most at the Visalia contest last October. Includes all servos (Hitec HS-85's)
and battery but not the receiver. Very light weight. I'm motivated
Bob,
The Vision is fine for this DLG. If you use a gyro, all you need is
elevator preset. If you have need of 'fancy' presets (as one of my
development dlgs did), you can get them with the Vision. Program one model
memory for flight mode and a second model memory with offset elevator,
rudder,
Good to see you back Sal!!!
