But that doesn't preclude me from CDing the HLG contest on Friday, and
flying with 2 planes on Sunday, seeded MOM unlimited.
We are going to fly the same HLG tasks as published for the NATS this year,
except I modified the
Molded Whisper 2m with JR 341's on ailerons, 351's on flaps and 241's on
v-tails.
Yellow top, blue bottom.
Flown 1/2 dozen times. No damage whatsoever.

The latest issue of Quiet Electric Flight International has a photo of
FVK's new Saga DLG. Instead of a peg on the wing tip, it seems to have a
fence (or at least, that is what the author of the article calls it.) The
wing has a kev/carbon molded leading edge and balsa ribs with carbon fiber
I have been using energizer AA and AAA Nmih cells with good luck. Walmart
has them for about $10 for a 4 pack. They will also handle some current and
the AA are supposed to be able to take a 1A charge.
