Kind of... F3b - Multi task sailplane event. It combines the ability to fly 3 tasks (speed, duration, and distance) by one plane. The tasks are done in the absence of slope lift, so thermal lift is the main component of the day, though launching is perhaps the most important aspect of the event

Setup 1 and 2 are NOT exactly the same. Setup 1 will have different throw than 2 and will likely have more chance of slop. The moment arms are not the same in the two examples is the reason for unequal throw. Of course, 3 and 4 will have different throws as well. .bc([EMAIL PROTECTE
