race for Saturday Sunday March 15-16 at Whitaker Peak, CA. Two
classes: Both 60 Composite Unlimited on Saturday and pure

I *completely* agree with this. I think hand launch contests should count
towards the Competition Requirements. It's not as if hand launch contests
are easier! I'm interested in hearing why they don't count as well.
