F3B requires that it be flown in 4 minutes. So getting 10km in 4 minutes
is a difficult task. Without doing the math, I would assume you had to
have perfect air for all 4 minutes and be very heavy.

I fly what may now be considered prehistoric, low-powered planes: various
2-meter planes with a speed 600 brushed motor on direct drive and 6 and 7-cell
sub-c NiCad packs, the largest of which is like 1900 MAH. I have finally
decided to junk my cheapo simple timed chargers and get a better one
I am looking at the new RCSD and have always been confused by the
recorded FAI entries. I thought there would be plenty of fliers who
could fly goal and return flights of 10km or more. So what is it about
the F3B category, or FAI rules that makes the current record only 7km?

Brian, I too am very allergic to CA. I keep JET bottles in a used
country time lemonade container. Keeps them from spilling in the first
place keeps the fumes from spreading.
Look out when you open it though. It also keeps them fresher longer at
the field. I keep the kicker in a seperate contai
For many years an EE in our group used to do this when we had a failed

Wondering how good or bad they are.
I use a lot of them, they are great, but I wouldn't put them
in anything that can't take a bounce or 2.
They fail regularly for no apparent reason.

Easiest thing to do when you get your respirator is also bye a large can of
Acetone and some plastic gloves. It will cut the CA right away. But if the

wipe it with paper towels and then shot it with activator to

In the system setting mode you need to activate "dual flap", and set the
FLAP setting to SW+T.
In the Function setting mode inhibit all the pots.

You can kick the CA off with some baking soda. Dump a box of Arm and Hammer
on the spill and you will have instant concrete. Rent a jackhammer to bust it
out of the cupboard.
