[RCSE] Winch motor timing

I'm reinstalling Real Balls on all of our club winches and I would like to get a definitive answer as to how to advance/retard the timing on them. All of the links on the Winch Doc site are down,so any advice would be appreciated. I currently have one set-up with an Injoy motor that is so hot

[RCSE] Epoxied servo removal

When I install my servos I put them on a bed of epoxy/micro-balloons about a 1/16th above the servo bay floor(very thin plywood). When it's time to remove one of them I use a brake spoon (used to adjust drum brakes in the old days) that I put a 90deg bend in at the tip, giving it an L shape.

[RCSE] Servo Gear Failure or Go Figure
