Gordon, I'll take it if it's not gone already.

Burke, IMHO 30 minute epoxy and chopped fiberglass works fine. drill
your hole on the panel the use pointed tweezers to pick out the foam to
about a 3/8 radius all the way from underside of the top carbon down to
the top of the bottom carbon fabric. Tape the bottom hole fill with the
mixture
The Boxster gets its name from combining "Boxer" (which is the name for the
water-cooled flat six engine that ferrari developed in
the sixties) with "Roadster".
I should know, I have the Boxster #1047. I put an order in 14 months before
production began in the fall of '96.

Guys, Denny's spectre over carbon fiber rods- control horns work great. I replaced the
ones on my Spectre HLG with them and they are
slop free and absorb the impact of the dreaded "tail flip up on dork" that kept
popping the old linkage free.

OK fellows, cool off, I started this epoxy vs tray war with my question about
removing the servos the first owner installed in my
Hera. Using the busted wings I tried several of the methods mentioned.
1) Heating with the blow dryer to soften the epoxy- I heated the skin from the
opposite side
I am one of the first to sing praises and hesitate to give negative feedback unless it
serves a purpose. When you mention "one of
their gliders" this may not be the case with all of their gliders. I bought a
Multiplex Dart from a distributor and when I tried to
get a new fuselage I was told

Subject: [RCSE] Gas Powered Winches?
Anyone have experience with using a small 12V gas power generator for a
winch? I tore a cartilage in my knee last Sunday
This is a very interesting thread. While I am no expert, I have been chucking a
micro HLG most of this summer and would like to
put my humble opinion in.
I threw a javelin in high school and studied the physics of thowing. Obviously the
javelin has miniumal lift so you must release

Thanks to all who have helped with my questions on my overweight Sagitta
900. Flew her Sunday for the first time, I'm in love! At 72 oz she
flies quite well, 5-10 mph winds, launched up by my LBW (thanks Oleg)
First flight for trim was about 3 min. 1 click up trim. 2nd flight was

Mario, Thank you very much for the nylon bolts. May the Gods of flight

I recently bought a well maintained Sagitta 900. An adjustable tow hook
had been removed and the keel was repaired and glassed over. It would
be of great help if anyone knows where the proper starting CG would be
and where the new tow hook should be set. Thanks guys..Dave

While building my DAW 1-26, I recently found that using a razor saw blade you can pull
out chunks very easily after cutting the
outline with a standard blade. The rearward facing teeth grip the foam quite well.

I recently picked up and old (1983) Thermic Sniffler tx. It did not
have a monitor. The Literature that came with it was very complete and
says I need an AM reciever at 49.83 mhz. However, all my AM radios stop
at 5.3 khz. I know that Ace bought out the line and sold them for a few
years but
