The LOFT club will be having our last contest of the year this Sunday
October 23rd at the Salomon Farm field in Fort Wayne. We will be using
this contest also as a wake for longtime member Mike Remus who passed
away last month. We will be running an open winch contest, longest 4
flights count
The final OVSS contest is this weekend. We will be flying 2 classes,
Expert and Sportsman, 5 places in each class. the contest will be held
at AMA headquarters in Muncie. Weather looks great.
Larry Ruble will be taking my place as CD on saturday, Jerry Shape on
sunday.

Well I ordered my Dove II wing from NSP and was told it would be a
couple of weeks before it would be available. 4 days later I have my
wing and it looks great. 6" of snow on the ground here. I can't wait
for the warm up and the soaring season to begin.
