couple of questions, querried about orders, asked to be notified upon
shipment, things like that, and I've NEVER recieved a response. Ever.

If you have been billed on your credit card for products not delivered,
contact your credit card company with a letter with the details. They are
very good at keeping you happy. However, usually you need to do this soon
after the charge was made.
