I am about to pick one of these up. I am teaching myself how to thermal and this seems to be the perfect dlg for that task. As a background I have had a Blaster, XP3 and a homemade DLG, with 4 control surfaces and it was focused on flying the plane vs looking for lift. I want to focus on looking

How did you attach the outer panels to the center section, tape, glue?
Thanks to all those who replied to my question above.

Did you do each side the same?

I suspect I did not make it clear as to why I was asking the question, which

Hello Photon fliers out there. Have any of you had any issues w/wing
strength?

the launch height/throw a little at a time as I am new at this. Thought I
would up it a little more today, still not a full effort,
I tried as hard as I could to break my Photon. It took everything I could give it with no modifications.

A great free Flighter, Martyn Cowley, convinced me to do something with
the Photon II that has turned out pretty well. First, he convinced me to
offer an unflapped version of the P II specifically for the FF community
and for those of you who simply want to enjoy a great DLG without

I have a shipment of DLG's coming in, in Mid June. These are
beautifully built, very high performing DLG's from the Ukraine. I have
one Aileron model left. Price is $ 350.00 plus shipping. Contact me
via E-mail or take a look at my Web site. Look under MFG's at RC
