Bruce I had a similar problem when I had to start wearing glasses. I took along my favourite Ray Ban pilots glasses and my optician matched them exactly (blue grey colour). I advice that you also get them UV protected as this will help avoid cataracts. Regards Dave In message <[EMAIL PROTECTE

I have been flying lately and having problems with my contacts. ( it actualy cost me to zero a round at the nats as a contact dried and moved on my eye and I had to hand the transmitter off. ) Plus your vision is better corrected with glasses than contacts. With the extreame range needed f
