Just so you'll know... I have flown the JW 6 times and it now has 59
minutes of flight time on it. :D Benchmark? I'll let you guys puke in
each other's dry pockets over that one. I will say this... For me, I
will probably compare other models with this one for some time to come,
and I haven't got

Afraid I must disagree with you about floaters. While I'll grant that
the Mirage may have been a benchmark, I'd be willing to fly a good
Bubble Dancer vs. you with a Mirage any day

Or perhaps it's because I've flown both and could see no real
difference... except one comes with all the radio stuff for the same
price as the other airframe. I'm spending the difference on a winch...
:p
And besides, I'm on the list for "something better".

What I find interesting is that the Supra is considered the 'bench
mark' and then there are the others...cheaper, but with some feature
that makes them...better? worth more? almost as good for the cost?

I helped a guy do the final setup of a Shadow Thursday before Visalia. His
first flght was Friday. I timed for him Saturday and Sunday. He is a good

going to demand some degree of performance (usually not required for Calif AMA
TD) and it comes at a price. If it were me, I'd seriou
